Errol Sull

Errol Sull has been teaching online 8 years for Daemen.  His education:  Ph.D. (ABD), English. Emory University;  M.A., English, Niagara University;  B.A., English, SUNY @ Buffalo.  Teaching experience of 26 years includes 20 years teaching online.  Accomplishments include “Dell Online Teacher of Excellence”; Online Writing Instruction standardization committee, sponsored by the Conference on College Composition and Communication, National Council of Teachers of English; creator of online teaching activities – Pebbles and Mini-Pebbles -- now in use at 350+ U.S. and Canadian colleges;  present national and regional webinars / seminars on distance learning (including Daemen’s Taste of Technology);  national and regional teaching honors;  write four national columns on distance learning and contributing columnist to USA Today.  Additional publications include four books (three more published in 2014).  Et cetera: former speechwriter, President Carter (as governor of Georgia);  former Assistant Editor, The National Enquirer;former Cultural Editor, Southern Living magazine;  founder / producer,Annual Mark Twain Birthday Party & Symposium (Buffalo, NY);  essay selected for inclusion in the definitive Huck Finn CD-ROM, published 2002; national book reviewer, Mark Twain listserv.  Smiles:Eagle Scout, former professional chef, teach weight training and stationery cycling, billiards trophies.Errol lives in Amherst, NY, with his wife Cathy and standard poodleTaffy.
