Linda Kuechler, C.P.A. & C.M.A.

Professor of Accounting; Chair Person Accounting & Information Systems Department; B.A., Canisius College; M.B.A., Rochester Institute of Technology; Ph.D., University at Buffalo

Dr. Kuechler is a full professor who has been teaching at Daemen for 30 years. She graduated with a BA in English Literature from Canisius College, an MBA in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in International Trade and Business. She also is a CPA and CMA.

Before her tenure at Daemen, Linda has worked in the banking industry and Haskins and Sells (predecessor of Deloitte & Touche, LLP). She has taught a wide range of Accounting and International Business courses. She has a number of publications and refereed conference presentations. Currently she serves on a number of Board of Directors, is the Vice President of Finance for the Academy of Business Education, is a co-advisor for the Daemen College ENACTUS chapter and is Director of the Accounting Lab for Community Organizations.
