Carol Bartlo

Carol Bartlo is a part-time instructor within the Business Administration Department teaching Effective Business Communications, and Proseminar, a senior research and presentation course where students develop a full APA Style contemporary business issue research project as well as a business ethics and social responsibility project.  She also teaches Principles of Management. Her focus and passion is the development and enhancement of students’ written and oral communication skills to prepare them to clearly and concisely communicate specialized messages to diverse audiences, a skill needed in every contemporary professional environment.  

She earned her M.B.A. degree at Canisius College while working full-time at National Fuel Gas Company, first in its Corporate Communications department and then advancing to its Marketing then Management Services departments.  She earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism from Central Michigan University where she was a Division I scholarship field hockey player.  Carol has previously taught courses in marketing, management and English composition at Bryant and Stratton College.
