Cheryl Nosek

Cheryl L. Nosek, DNS, RN. Bachelor of Science in Nursing, State University of New York at Albany; Master of Science in Community Mental Health Nursing, State University of New York at Buffalo; Doctor of Nursing Science, State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Nosek has both clinical and administrative experience in a variety of mental health settings. She currently serves as a consultant for the WNY Office of Mental Health. She also co-leads a support group for cancer patients and their families through the Cancer Wellness Center. She has presented numerous workshops and seminars on leadership and management in nursing. Her research interests include clinical management of depression and suicide, family caregiving, pedagogical approaches in nursing education and leadership and management in nursing, primarily utilizing qualitative methodology.
