Accepted Students

Congratulations on your acceptance into Daemen College, we are please that you chose to apply and are continuing your college search with Daemen. 

Now that you have been accepted there are a few more forms and documents required before your arrival on campus:

 

  1. If you have decided to attend Daemen College you may submit the deposit on-line.  Your deposit will reserve your seat and/or housing accommodations. 
  2. Proof of Financial Support Form must be submitted.  All students must show the financial ability to fund the entire cost of the academic program and living expenses in order to be eligible for the form I-20 necessary for a student Visa (F-1) application.  Financial support documentation will also be necessary when applying for your student Visa at a United States Consular Office. Please see the application for examples of financial documents.
  3. The Student Health Form must be completed and submitted with all necessary immunization information.  You will receive the form in the acceptance pack which will be mailed to you once an I-20 is issued.  Students who don't submit the health form will not be eligible to register for classes. 

 

Financial Documents and the Form I-20:

The Form I-20 will be issued once you submit the required financial documents.  Once you receive your I-20 please contact your local embassy to set up your visa interview.  To prepare for your visa interview please see information from your local US Embassy or the US Department of State

Have you received your visa?

  YES - I have received my visa

  NO - I have been denied a visa by the US Embassy 

If you received your visa and cannot arrive by the start date on your I-20 please contact the International Admission Office as soon as possible.
