- Approval of the Board of Governors Executive Committee slate for 2011-2013
- Reports from the standing committees including: Distinguished Alumni; Duns Scotus Lecture; Constituent Groups
- Presentation by guest speaker, Dr. Laura Watts Sommer, Chair of the Visual & Performing Arts Department on the new Visual & Performing Arts Center (renovation of the former Marian Library) and the exciting new Animation program housed in the Tri-Main Center on Main Street in Buffalo

The Board of Governors represents all of our alumni. This group is responsible for the Distinguished Alumni Awards, the Alumni Senior Award , given to a graduating senior each year, and works with academic departments for Distinguished Alumni recognition within disciplines.
