Collaborate, consult, and co-teach as required will all school staff. Monitor ESOL students' progress in all aspects of his/her academic schedule and their participation in all school activities and programs, and promote and advocate for their participation as appropriate. Provide on-going professional development to all school staff as necessary and/or requested on the second language acquisition and acculturation processes, sheltered instruction, the latest research, and most effective practices in teaching English language learners.
