- ESL testing
- This is a mandatory requirement of all international students regardless of IELTS or TOEFL score.
- 1 pm
- Lunch & shopping at Wegman's Supermarket
- Founded in 1916 in Rochester, NY, Wegmans has appeared on Fortune's annual "100 Best Companies to Work For" list since its inception in 1998, and has ranked among the top 10 for eight consecutive years. Food Network recognized it with its award for Best Grocery Store in 2007, and Consumer Reports ranked it the top large grocery chain in the United States in 2009.

- Buffalo Tour
- Buffalo may conjure up images of snowy city streets, but those of us who love this city know better. In addition to a four-season climate and a host of natural resources, Buffalo boasts prominent architecture, world class art and renowned theatre.

- Albright-Knox Art Gallery
- The Albright-Knox is a world renowned center of modern and contemporary art which houses works by stellar artists such as Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol, and Jackson Pollock.

- Niagara Falls
- Sightseers travel from all over the world to one of the most dramatic natural wonders - Niagara Falls. You'll stand in awe as millions of gallons of water surge 300 feet over the falls in a roar of thrilling thunder and splash up in a magnificent mist.
- Ride the Maid of the Mist boat along the lower Niagara River right to the foot of the magnificent waterfalls.
- Take the Cave of the Winds walking tour, where you are guided onto a series of wodden decks to the base of the Bridal Veil Falls brings you as close as two feet to the water.

- Bring Form I-20, I-94 card, and passport.

- "Making the Rounds"
- The orientation leaders will take you to visit the various student services and administrative offices on campus. This will give you an opportunity to meet the staff and learn how their offices play a role in your success at Daemen. During the tour you will also set up your computer accounts and receive your Daemen ID.
