Housing for Thanksgiving and Spring Break

Housing is offered free of charge to resident students who would like to stay over thanksgiving and spring break. Students need to come to the Office of Housing & Residence Life to reprogram their key. This can happen during standard business hours.

The halls are considered closed, which means dining services and van shuttles may operate on different schedules. Students who live at Collegiate Village through Daemen College have no limitation on when to vacate their residency for the breaks. The dining hall will reopen and shuttles will start on their semester schedule on the last Sunday of each break.

If you have any further questions, please contact our office at 716-839-8200.

Inter-Semester Housing

Housing is offered free of charge to resident students who would like to stay over the inter-semester break. Students need to come to the Office of Housing & Residence Life to reprogram their key. This can happen during standard business hours until December 12th, 2014.

The halls are completely closed from December 22nd, 2014 to January 2nd, 2015. The only exceptions includes men's/women's basketball and international students. Students who live at Collegiate Village through Daemen College have no limitation on when to vacate their residency for the inter-semester break.

During inter-semester, Wick dining hall is not open along with the Daemen Shuttles. Cyber Café is open where DC bucks that were not accumulated from a meal plan can be used. The dining hall will reopen and shuttles will start on their semester schedule on January 18th, 2015.

If you have any further questions, please contact our office at 716-839-8200.

"I think one of the most crucial aspects of the Daemen curriculum is the required internship. I was an accounting intern for both a private health care company and a certified public accounting firm. I was able to apply lessons learned in the classroom to real business situations. When my internships were over, each company offered me a full-time position."
