The
information compiled in this catalog was prepared for the 2007-2008 academic
year, but should not be regarded as a contract between the student and Daemen
College. The College’s separately published Graduate Bulletin contains
information about the College’s postbaccalaureate
graduate programs. Information on linked undergraduate and graduate programs in
Accounting, Physical Therapy, and Physician Assistant Studies is included in
this catalog.
The
right is reserved to change any of the rules and regulations of the College at
any time, including those relating to admission, instruction, and graduation.
The right to withdraw curricula and specific courses, to alter course content,
to change the calendar, and to impose or increase fees similarly is reserved.
All such changes are effective at such times as the proper authorities
determine and may apply not only to prospective students but also to those who
already are enrolled in the College.

Student Right-to-Know and
Campus Security Act
Any
individual who is considering enrolling at Daemen College may secure a copy of
the College’s graduation rate and annual campus security report compiled in
accordance with the Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act by contacting
the College’s Admissions Office. Any enrolled student may secure a copy of this
information by contacting the Registrar’s Office.
Campus Crime Statistics
The
