Recruitment and Mentoring

The recruitment and mentoring group focuses on aiding students in their transition to Daemen College, specifically the Honors Program.  Students from the group work closely with Admissions and answer questions from prospective students, provide tutoring support for struggling students, and serve as Peer Mentors for the freshman IND 101 class. Additionally, the group hosts workshops to aide in study skills, public speaking, and writing grant applications and resumes.

Eighteen students from Saudi Arabi are participating in the Health Care Studies, Natural Science, Executive Leadership and Change, etc programs.
