Code of Conduct Prohibits:

  • Revenue sharing
  • School employees or agents from accepting gifts
  • Contracting or consulting arrangement between schools and lenders
  • Assigning a first-time borrower to a particular lender
  • School from refusing to certify or delaying the certification of a loan based on selection of lender
  • Opportunity pool loans
  • School from receiving staffing assistance from a lender except in limited circumstances
  • School from receiving anything of value for service on a advisory board, group or commission established by a lender

He majored in International Business and had an internship at Liberty Pumps, which actually turned into a job.  David has applied his knowledge and skills at national and international trips with the company.  “The internship is the main reason I got the job,” David states. “I had an opportunity to get to know the company and become familiar with what they do. I am very glad I was afforded the chance to join this company through the internship.”
