Leah Woodard

Name: Leah Woodard

Position: Admissions Assistant

Major: Physical Therapy

Hometown: Cassadaga, NY

Activities: SPTA

1. Why did you chose Daemen?

I chose Daemen mainly due to the great reputation of the Physical Therapy department. Also, I'm from a small town so the small size of the school was appealing to me.

2. What advice would you give to a prospective student?

I would tell a prospective student to take advantage of all the opportunities that Daemen has to offer. You have the opportunity to play NCAA level sports or to go and support your fellow students. We also have many options for studying abroad, and during college is the time to do these things.

3. Countries I have visited:

I have visited Italy, Vatican City, Malta, Spain, France, Monaco, Switzerland, Germany, Canada, and Ireland. I am also planning a trip to Turkey in the (hopefully) near future.
