1. Why did you choose Daemen?

I chose Daemen because of the residential area and the small campus. I came from a small town so I wanted a college in a similar setting. When I visited the campus, I felt right at home. I also chose to come to Daemen for the Physician Assistant program. However, I chose Daemen over other PA programs due to the small size and the promise that I would get to develop close relationships with my professors.

2. What excited you most about being a tour guide?

The thing that excites me most about being a tour guide is the fact that I have the opportunity to personally interact with prospective students and tell them about my personal experiences at Daemen, as well as all of the perks of attending Daemen College over other schools. I'm honored to have the opportunity to have an impact on such an important decision in a young student's life.

3. What’s your favorite thing about Daemen?

The best thing about Daemen is that you get to develop personal relationships with your professors. The classes are small so that the professor learns your name and every professor has flexible office hours where you can get help with anything. The professors at Daemen really do care about your education and they are always there to help you and encourage you to do everything you can do to be the best student you can be and prepare you for your life after Daemen College.

4. Countries I would like to visit:

I would like to travel to numerous countries in Africa, Europe, South America, Asia and Australia. My life goal is to have traveled to 6 of the 7 continents.

"I think one of the most crucial aspects of the Daemen curriculum is the required internship. I was an accounting intern for both a private health care company and a certified public accounting firm. I was able to apply lessons learned in the classroom to real business situations. When my internships were over, each company offered me a full-time position."
