Checklist to Registration

What You Need to Do:

• Apply to Daemen College
• Be accepted
• File a FAFSA
• Pay your tuition deposit
• Be Health Compliant
  • Review page one of the Student Health Form so you are aware of what immunizations you MUST (in accordance with NYS law) document before being allowed to register for classes. Bring the health form to your health care provider. Make sure all required immunizations are documented (page 3). If you have questions, call Susan Girard, Director of Health Services at 716-839-8446.
• Have official transcripts from all institutions attended in your admissions file.
• Make an appointment to register for classes.
  • Your academic advisor will be a faculty member in the department in which you plan to major.  We feel that the earlier you register for classes the greater chance you have of obtaining the classes you want and need. Please contact the Admissions Office at 716-839-8225.
  • To prepare for your appointment, please look closely at the semester class offerings.
