The Wildcats scored early in both halves to gain a 2-0 win over Walsh University. Jessica Hutton scored just 1:38 into the game on a shot from about 25 yards in the right corner that got over the keepers head. Alicia Vasiloff got the assist. Vasiloff scored 6:11 into the second half off of a cross by Jenelle Masi. It was Vasiloff's fourth goal of the season and 12th in the sophomore's career. Daemen kept the pressure on throughout the first half and outshot Walsh 13-4. During the second half the Wildcats managed only four shots to Walsh's seven. Marisa Alfieri had four saves andt got her fourth shutout of the season.

Daemen evens their conference record at 3-3-1. They are 5-6-1 overall. Walsh falls to (3-7-3, 3-5). Daemen plays at Ursuline on Wednesday.
