For Community Groups

Because our campus is small, your group might be the main conference or event group on campus. You will receive full cooperation and welcome from college staff. We enjoy showing off Western New York. Please call for more information (716) 839-8253.

All requests by outside groups must come through Conferences & Events. We operate as a “one-stop-shop” for the coordination of services, facilities and billing.  We can make your event run smoothly by coordinating all needed campus services. We can advise you on expected costs, required insurance, liability waivers, alcohol permits and tax documentation. All organizations will be sent a Reservation Confirmation document and groups using multiple day/ facilities will be sent a more detailed Facilities & Services Agreement.
