Funding Request Form | Daemen University

Please use this form to request financial support above and beyond budget lines for various faculty/campus initiatives facilitated through the division of Institutional Advancement.

Requests will be reviewed quarterly (January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31). Department Chair approval is required. All forms must be submitted at least one week prior to review dates. Submissions will be reviewed by a committee consisting of VPIA, VPAA, an IA staff member and a faculty member. Once we have evaluated all submissions for the previous quarter, we will contact you to set up an appointment. All requests for funding must have a direct impact on the Daemen College student body.
