From Albany, NY, or Erie, Pa.:

Follow NYS Thruway 90 to Buffalo. Take Exit 50 (Rt. 290 toward Niagara Falls).

Take second exit to NY Rt. 5 WEST (Main Street).

Follow NY Rt. 5 for approximately one mile to Daemen College Campus on the right.
