DAEMEN COLLEGE TO HOST WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
|
Roberta Goheen, a nationally-recognized authority on leadership development for women, will be the guest speaker at a Women's Leadership 2002 workshop titled "The Courage to Lead a Life Uncommon." The event, presented by the Daemen College Center for Executive Leadership and Change, will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2002 at Schenk Hall on the Daemen College Campus, 4380 Main Street, Amherst.
Goheen is CEO of Synthesis Management Group, a leadership development firm that assists personal and corporate clients through executive coaching and by facilitating board strategy and team effectiveness. For more than a decade, she helped create and administer the Corporate University for Paychex, Inc., a Fortune 100 company headquartered in Rochester. In addition to her work with the corporate university, she was also responsible for the training and communications of all new Paychex's corporate initiatives, products and technologies. On a national scale, she is a featured speaker on the topics of Leadership and Personal Excellence. The event is free and open to the public.
