Daemen Film Series Continues November 7 With Persepolis

            The 2011/2012 Daemen College Film Series will continue Monday, November 7, 2011, with a showing of “Persepolis.” The 2007 French animated film is based on the Marjane Satrapi’s autobiographical graphic novel. The film follows a young girl’s life against the background of the Iranian revolution. Post-film commentary will be by Nadia Shahram.

 

            All films in the Daemen College Film Series are shown 7 p.m. on Monday evenings in Alumni Lounge in Wick Center on the Daemen campus, 4380 Main Street, in Amherst. They are free and open to the public.
