AMHERST, N.Y. -- An overview of the Daemen College Paralegal Studies Program and its unique post-graduate certificate program will be provided at “Paralegal Night: A Conversation About Legal Skills,” scheduled from 6 to 7:30 p.m. March 24 in the Wick Campus Center Alumni Lounge.
In addition to the undergraduate paralegal studies major at Daemen, interested students will learn about the post-graduate certificate, which is the only one available locally, and the department’s 28-credit certificate program. Internships and service learning opportunities in Buffalo’s refugee communities will also be discussed, and area paralegals and attorneys will be on hand to discuss career opportunities in the field.
Sponsored by the Daemen Paralegal Studies Department and Office of Career Services, the information night will include a presentation, “Email As a Career Tool: Make Friends and Influence People.”
