Daemen College is identified as among the top 84 New York colleges and universities delivering the greatest lifetime return on investment.

The colleges and universities are among those listed nationally by AffordableCollegesOnline (AC Online) as “High ROI” institutions (AC Online Homepage: http://www.affordablecollegesonline.org/).

Graduates from these schools enjoy the largest earnings gap between non-degree holders over 30 years, and earn more on average than graduates from other New York schools.

In a speech delivered August 22 at the University at Buffalo, President Obama issued a call to make higher education more affordable. The President also announced a systematic move to rank colleges by value, for making student debt manageable, and for producing graduates with "strong career potential."

“Daemen College cares deeply about college cost and affordability,” said Daemen President Gary A. Olson.

“We feel this is reflected in Daemen’s ranking among New York’s top colleges in offering the best long term investment value in education. We are focused on the progress we will all make as higher education leaders respond to President Obama's challenge to make college affordable for every American.”

Daemen provides a strong focus on both professional programs and programs in the liberal arts.  Ninety eight percent of Daemen students indicated that they were very satisfied with their education and with their overall Daemen College experience (2013 Graduating Student Survey). In addition, 98 percent of Daemen physician assistant students pass the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants exam on the first attempt as compared to  90-92 percent nationally.

The College also ranks 247 out of 607 private colleges and universities surveyed for ROI by www.payscale.com.
