The Executive Leadership and Change Program transforms graduate students into extraordinary leaders. These essential skills, including innovative thought, critical analysis, and transformational leadership, can be implemented within a variety of organizational settings.
- Interdisciplinary curriculum emphasizing the internalization, integration, and application of self-awareness, team building, effective communication, systems thinking, and creative problem solving for change.
- Projects are designed as hands-on laboratories for testing ideas and applying leadership skills. Students work closely with faculty and are encouraged to work in teams. Specialized program planning is also available.
- To maximize learning, the program stresses an experiential, interactive format using case studies and distinguished guest lecturers. These models are supplemented through the use of multi-media technology, distance learning, and off-site visits. To facilitate the technology component of the curriculum, each student is provided with their own laptop computer.
