Daemen Film Series Continues March 5th with Red Sorghum

            The 2011/2012 Daemen College Film Series will continue Monday, April 16, 2012, with a showing of “Seraphine.”  A true story of the self-taught French painter Seraphine de Senlis who is discovered by a German art critic and comes to be recognized by the art world. Winner of a number of major film awards.  Commentary will be by Daemen Assistant Professor of Painting Felice Koenig.


            All films in the Daemen College Film Series are shown 7:30 p.m. on Monday evenings in Alumni Lounge in Wick Center on the Daemen campus, 4380 Main Street, in Amherst. They are free and open to the public.
