The Co-op and Career Development Department provides a variety of services for employers.
These services can help with short-term and long-term employment needs:
Free listing of job openings on our website including a link to your company website Campus visits to participate in job/career fairs and on-campus recruitment Co-op student placement
Posting Employment Vacancies: Employers may e-mail Maureen Pernick Huber, Director, Co-op and Career Development, mhuber@daemen.edu or fax a position announcement (716-839-8439), to list any internships, part-time, full-time, or summer positions available within your organization.

On Campus Recruitment:
Employers may contact the Co-op & Career Development Center to request an information table, conduct on-campus interviews or to participate in job or career fairs. Employers with full-time or part-time positions will discuss their needs with a representative from the Co-op & Career Development Center to determine the appropriate set-up, advertising and associated requirements.
Employers who require potential employees to purchase products, literature, samples, demonstration materials or otherwise invest any sort of start-up fee or associated cost are welcome to post their job vacancies with the Co-op & Career Development Center, but may not conduct on-campus recruiting, set-up an information table or otherwise be supported by the Co-op & Career Development Center.
Developing a school-to-work link:
Co-op: Our Cooperative education/internship program allows employers to meet cyclical, project or short-term employment needs with a pool of productive, highly-motivated temporary employees in related academic disciplines. By working with our Co-op staff, you have the opportunity to have candidates interning with your organization for a one- or two-semester commitment. Interns typically work 10 hours per week, but may have the flexiblity to work anywhere from four to forty hours a week.
