Career Services would like to welcome all incoming students to Daemen College.  Our office is located in Wick Building, 2nd floor office suite.  We offer career guidance and planning, working individually with each student, on their iCAP (Individual Career Action Plan).  The iCAP is a four year plan put into motion by you, the student.  Learn about yourself, plan your future life, participate and network with the 'real world' and, finally, set your plan in motion.  Within those first four years at Daemen College, our office will assist you with your resume, job searching strategies, graduate school information, and provide mock interviews.  Career Services also hosts a series of workshops and events throughout the year.

As an incoming student (freshmen and transfers), you are also pre-registered on College Central Network, an online tool, that provides the ability to search a secure job board database.

In Daemen, I took ESL classes to improve my English. I worked at Canavan Desk and made a lot of friends over there. I participated in a Business dinner with my professors. I was invited to join a family party by my professors. During the weekends, I often take the school shuttle to the shopping mall. These experiences helped me to ease into the American-style of study, life, and business.
