Meetings
Meeting rooms (30) are available year round including classrooms, seminar rooms, auditoriums, theater and large social room. Capacities range from 15 to 500 people, depending on function. Wick Center and Schenck Hall are air-conditioned.

Housing
On-campus conference housing is available from mid-May to mid-August. Current capacity is 300 beds. Residence halls are near the Dining Hall, meeting and classroom buildings. Linen service, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided. Common areas are cleaned daily.

Support
Complete audio-visual equipment and support. Teleconference rooms are wired for downlink satellite transmission and phone hook-up.

Meals
Daemen Dining Service provides all food service on campus. Meal services are established for each group. Three meals each day, cafeteria line service, can be provided. Daemen Dining can provide many special services including: conference refreshments breaks, receptions, bartender service, served or buffet meals, outdoor picnic barbecues, box lunches, ice cream socials, pizza parties etc. Catering guide is available.

Location
Daemen College is in Amherst, NY, part of the Buffalo metropolitan area. The second largest city in New York State, Buffalo is described as New York's West Coast. On the eastern shore of Lake Erie, Buffalo is a gateway city into Ontario, Canada. Daemen is one mile from exit 51 of NYS Thruway, and 5 miles from Greater Buffalo International Airport and Amtrak Depew station. From Daemen, it is a 15 minute drive to downtown Buffalo and 25 minutes to Niagara Falls, NY.

Buffalo waterfront lighthouse and restaurants, Lake Erie cruises on "Miss Buffalo", Albright-Knox Art Museum, theater, Buffalo Zoo, Buffalo Bisons Baseball, Buffalo Sabres Hockey, Buffalo Bills Football, Frank Lloyd Wright houses, architectural tours, Olmsted park system, Niagara Falls, NY and Canada, Niagara Gorge, Historic Lewiston and Fort Niagara, Roycroft Craft Campus, Lake Chautauqua and Chautauqua Institute, area wineries, Canadian beaches, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Shaw Festival Theaters and Toronto, Canada.

Campus
Daemen College is a private, non-sectarian, co-educational liberal arts college. Current enrollment is 1900 students, full and part-time. The campus is located on 37 park-like acres on level terrain.
