About Daemen College
Founded in 1947, Daemen College is a private, co-educational institution located on a scenic thirty-nine acre campus in suburban Amherst, New York, which has been recognized by Money Magazine as the safest city of its size in America.
The College enrolls approximately two thousand students and while most students are enrolled in undergraduate studies, the College also offers graduate programs. Daemen College is a dynamic, independent liberal arts institution committed to excellence in student centered learning. Security and Fire Safety Information

If you would like to receive a booklet called "The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report" which contains this information, you can request that a copy be mailed to you by calling (716) 839-8519.
The website and booklet contain information regarding campus security and personal safety including topics such as: crime prevention, fire safety, campus security law enforcement authority, crime reporting policies, disciplinary procedures and other matters of importance related to security and safety on campus. They also contain information about crime statistics for the three previous calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Daemen College; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
