Assistant Professor of Elementary Education

Job Summary: Full time non-tenure track, Assistant Professor position beginning fall 2007 with responsibility for teaching graduate courses in reading/literacy and other education courses offered in the weekend Masters in Childhood Education Program.
The successful candidate will teach twelve credit hours per semester (3 or 4 courses) in a Friday/Saturday 12 month program.

All hiring decisions are contingent upon final budget allocations and limitations.

Requirements: Doctorate in elementary education, curriculum or related field is required; contemporary K-6 experience and a background in reading and literacy at the elementary level required.
