Requesting a Refund

In cases where a student has a credit balance on their account, they may leave the credit on their account for a future semester provided they sign a "Credit Hold Authorization Form" available in the Office of Student Accounts (OSA). A student may also request a refund of the overpayment. This can be done by visiting or contacting the OSA. Refund checks are printed weekly. Checks for requests made prior to Tuesday afternoon will be available for pick-up on that Friday morning or can be mailed to an address provided by the student.

All checks are made payable to the student except when a student receives PLUS Loan proceeds; in that case, the check is made co-payable to both the student and the parent.
