Office of Student Accounts

When We Bill You

1. You (the student) will receive two (2) statements of account during each semester. The first statement will be mailed to your permanent address in early August for the Fall academic semester and in early January for the Spring academic semester. Your tuition will be due by the "Due Date" printed on your bill. Unless you are registering late, this date is usually the first day of classes for the respective semester. Tuition accounts not settled by the due date on the bill will be considered late. Payments are due even though you may have made adjustments to your schedule.
2. You will also receive a final statement for each academic semester. The final Fall statement will be mailed in early January along with your Spring statement if you are registered for Spring. Your final Spring statement will be mailed in early May.
