When We Bill You

1. You (the student) will receive two (2) statements of account during each semester. The first statement will be mailed to your permanent address in early August for the Fall academic semester and mid-December for the Spring academic semester. Your tuition will be due by the "Due Date" printed on your bill. Unless you are registering late, this date is usually the first day of classes for the respective semester. Tuition accounts not settled by the due date on the bill will be considered late. Payments are due even though you may have made adjustments to your schedule.

2. You will also receive a final statement for each academic semester. The final Fall statement will be mailed in November. Your final Spring statement will be mailed mid-April.

3. Specific Dates for Spring 2010 First Bill:
If you register on or before December 11, 2009, your bill will be mailed by December 18, 2009.

If you register after January 18, 2010, it is your responsibility to contact the OSA to make arrangements to have your bill mailed. Otherwise it must be picked up in the OSA office.

Please note that regardless of when you register for classes, all Spring 2010 bills are due on January 27, 2010.

4. Each account statement will list the amount due to the College. Any unpaid charges from the previous semester will be brought forward, and any additional charges, payments, and credits will be shown. The statement will also include any amount due less any authorized deferred financial aid. This amount due must be paid by the due date on the statement.

5. Failure to pay the amount due by the due date will result in an automatic assessment of a Late Payment Fee of $100.00.

6. College bills are sent to the student's permanent address that is on file with the Records and Registration Office (Duns Scotus Hall - Room 122). It is the student's responsibility to keep this address current and correct. IF A STUDENT DOES NOT RECEIVE A BILL, THEY MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE OF STUDENT ACCOUNTS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES.

7. If your bill  shows a zero or credit balance you will need to confirm your attendance for that academic semester with the Office of Student Accounts by signing and returning the Promissory Note.
