Daemen University-Parking Reservation Requests
Faculty and Staff who have visitors coming to campus for class lectures, appointments, and other approved activities, should request a temporary parking pass from the Office of Campus Safety by filling out this online parking request. We will process that request provide you a PDF of the temporary parking permit for the visitor to place in their vehicle. Requests must be made AT LEAST 1 week prior to the event, to ensure adequate parking is available, and with only the actual number of spaces needed.
In general, we are trying not to hold spots for people as it is not a good use of our parking. However, for certain larger events, you can place a request to hold up to 7 (Seven) spots. We will review those based on our needs for the day and see what is possible. Please note that the Office of Campus Safety cannot hold more than 7 (Seven) parking spots, and will not hold open spaces all day for an evening event. Requestors will receive confirmation of their request, as well as a PDF of the temporary visitor passes, requestors can email to their guests, to be placed in the approved vehicles.
All guest are still subject to proper parking policies on campus and cannot park, unless approved, in reserved lots or other restricted areas.
Our goal with the enhancements being made is to provide systems that work well for everyone but also enable us to use our parking effectively and efficiently.
