This document contains the conditions and policies incorporated into the Residence Hall Contract between the College and the individual student. It entitles the student to the use of the residence
halls only in such a manner as set forth in this document, the Daemen College Handbook*, and The Academic Catalog. This Residence Hall Contract is a license to use the residence halls and shall not
be construed as a lease.
