Alternative Housing
Overflow Housing
It is Daemen College’s policy to provide housing for all entering students who desire it. Once all on-campus rooms have been filled, students wishing to attend Daemen as resident students are provided a room in our off-site overflow housing option.
Collegiate Village
As demand for student housing has increased, we have continued to identify ways to meet our students' needs in creative ways. This year we are very pleased to announce a new partnership with Collegiate Village, a recently renovated housing development dedicated to offering high quality student housing. Collegiate Village offers housing to only students, and boasts a diverse array of residents hailing from Buffalo's colleges and university. Located 2.3 miles from Daemen's campus, shuttle service is provided on the half hour directly to and from Daemen. Daemen students are placed together, and a Daemen resident assistant lives with our Collegiate Village residents, providing assistance and guidance as needed as well as educational and social programming designed to build strong community both at Collegiate Village and with Daemen's students residing on the main campus. All students living at Collegiate Village are placed in furnished apartment-style housing complete a full kitchen with state of the art appliances, living room, and in-unit laundry. Students are packaged through financial aid as a resident student and receive an on-campus meal plan.
