Daemen Wildcat Leadership Academy is a five day, overnight, college preparation program for rising 10th–12th graders. It includes workshops, preparation sessions, and college-like experiences.

The Wildcat Leadership Academy offers many engaging activities beyond the classroom to ensure you make the most out of your week on campus. You will have opportunities
to engage with faculty, visit Niagara Falls, socialize with fellow high school students, and explore beautiful Buffalo, NY!

Meet the Staff:

Dr. Greg Nayor


Under the Direction of Dr. Greg Nayor, Vice President for Student Affairs and Strategic Initiatives, up to 75 high school students will spend a fun-filled week on the campus of Daemen College for college exposure and academic engagement activities. These experiences will enable them to become highly successful in college, in their chosen career and in future community involvement. Through this partnership, participants have the opportunity to come to Daemen and develop skills for success in college, career, and life.


Olivia Guidi

Olivia is ecstatic to be coordinating the Wildcat Leadership Academy! Originally from Little Falls, NY, she joins the Daemen College Conference Services Team as a Graduate Assistant, and is currently earning a Master’s of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. Before pursuing her MS, Olivia served with AmeriCorps NCCC FEMA Corps focusing on disaster management, education, and leadership, and received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. Olivia has experience working with a wide variety of students from Daemen College, Canisius College, and the University of Rochester, and is excited for the opportunity to educate a new group of students on the Daemen College Campus!
