Daemen College is conducting a national search for an Director of Athletics. The college is looking for a proven executive to partner with Daemen College’s President and his senior leadership team, to provide visionary leadership, strategic planning, meaningful administration and innovative fundraising initiatives to advance our institution's ambitious mission and vision. The Director of Athletics will be a critical leader within the college who must demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering and maintaining a culture of inclusivity and mentorship. This leader will sustain an athletics department that allows Daemen student athletes to compete and win at the conference and national levels, while furthering the academic mission of the institution. The Director of Athletics is obligated to operate this program according to the mission and philosophies of both Daemen College and its affiliated governing bodies.
