Everyone’s tolerance for risk differs, and it is important for students to have a serious discussion with their families and Global Programs about what risks and uncertainties they are willing and permitted to assume.
The Global Programs Office is committed to creating a supportive educational environment for all students to pursue their goals regardless of immigration status or country of origin. This is achieved through promoting mutual respect, inclusion, and understanding in everything we do. We believe the Daemen community is enriched and the student experience is enhanced by our over 50 international students from a dozen different countries. Our international students and faculty represent unique perspectives and dynamic approaches imperative to our global society. We are committed to amplifying these voices, welcoming everyone, and fostering a sense of belonging for all at Daemen College
