AMHERST, N.Y. – Rachel Leidenfrost has been appointed to the newly created position of associate vice president of marketing and communications at Daemen College. Her appointment is effective Aug. 13.

AMHERST, N.Y. – Daemen College has launched several new major initiatives designed to strengthen its enrollment management operations and services, including the appointment of two leadership positions that are at the forefront of student recruitment and admissions.

AMHERST, N.Y. – Dr. James Ricci, assistant professor of mathematics at Daemen College, has been awarded the prestigious 2018-19 Congressional Fellowship from the American Mathematical Society, making him the first Daemen faculty member to earn this national honor.      

AMHERST, N.Y. – For the 11^th consecutive year, Daemen College has been selected as a national College of Distinction in honor of the institution’s excellence in undergraduate higher education.

AMHERST, N.Y. – Paula Witherell, director of institutional communications at Daemen College, has received two 2018 Bronze Excalibur Awards from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Buffalo Niagara Chapter.
