Daemen College is conducting a national search for an Associate Vice President, Employee Engagement.  The College is looking for a proven executive to assume responsibility over all operations relative to human resources. The Associate Vice President will manage payroll functions of the College, including the centralization, maintenance, and management of all employment records and human resource data. The Associate Vice President will also ensure that the College is in compliance with federal/state employment regulations. This position reports to the Vice President for Business Affairs and also serves as the principal adviser to the President with regard to human resources policies and personnel-related matters for the College’s senior management team.
