Administrative Unit Assessment Templates
Office/Area Plan Template: This plan will include information about the office and goals/objectives tied to the institutional strategic plan. Once an office/area creates its plan, they are to revisit it at a minimum of annually and update it as needed. Your review should be done at key points of the college life cycle such as an updated self-study (Middle States) when the college updates its strategic plan, as well as other changes in your office
Review and update your plan as needed based on your annual assessment and other changes.
Administrative Unit Annual AssessmentTemplate: Annual Administrative Unit Assessment reports are dueto division Vice Presidents each summer, according to schedules set in each division. Cabinet members’ annual division assessment reports are due to the Office for Institutional Effectiveness and Systems Integration by fall to be uploaded our repository.
This year's assessment reports are due by August 14th.
