Daemen’s 2025-30 Strategic Plan, Maintaining Momentum, builds upon accomplishments of the previous planning cycle to fuel ongoing growth, sustainability, and success as Daemen enters its eighth decade. Reflecting the work of diverse campus constituents, this plan drives the institution forward, recognizing opportunities to set Daemen apart and inspiring today’s students to become tomorrow’s leaders. As we look ahead to the next five years, Daemen remains focused on five strategic pillars: rigorous academics, university life and climate, community engagement, university infrastructure, and fiscal stability. We have much to celebrate as we move forward with hope, optimism, and an unwavering commitment to Daemen’s legacy.
Facilities Master Plan 2020-2025
We are pleased to present the 2020-2025 Daemen University Campus Facilities Master Plan: Building Daemen's Future. This plan builds upon the framework laid out by the 2015-2020 Master Plan with a view towards the next five years of priorities. The creation of this plan coincided with the development of the 2020-2025 strategic plan to ensure the cohesive articulation of the university's priorities.
