The Alumni Association Board of Directors represents the Daemen University/Rosary Hill College Alumni Association. The Alumni Board was formed to serve the needs of the alumni community through a lifelong pursuit of knowledge while retaining close ties to their alma mater. The Association assists the University and specifically the Office of Institutional Advancement, in achieving its mission to engage alumni in direct and meaningful ways in order to develop a long-term relationship between alumni and alma mater. This group is responsible for the Distinguished Alumni Awards, the Alumni Senior Award, and works with academic departments for Distinguished Alumni recognition within disciplines.
The objectives of the Alumni Association Board of Directors are to:
- Promote the interests of the University.
- Increase alumni awareness and involvement.
- Provide life-long educational, cultural, and social opportunities to the Association’s members, students, and the regional community.
- Act as the integrating organization promoting cooperation and understanding among all alumni, alumni chapters, the University, students, potential students, and the regional community.
- Encourage financial support of the University through the Annual Fund, fundraising campaigns, and other efforts by the University.
- Provide additional financial support by making an annual gift of any amount, consistent with the Board's goal of 100% participation.
- Ensure the Alumni Association goals match the long-range goals of the University as set forth in its Strategic Plan, Facilities Master Plan, and other strategic endeavors of the University.

I decided to become involved with the Daemen alumni board to give back to the school that shaped me both academically and personally. I look back fondly on my time spent at Daemen and am thankful for the relationships I've maintained since graduating. I hope to foster a greater relationship and connection between the school and alumni, while providing a welcoming community to new graduates.

I have enjoyed his experience at Daemen and wants to give back to the students and alumni. I look forward to helping connect students and alumni. Outside of my professional commitments, I enjoy camping, fishing, volunteering with numerous non-profits, and watching my kids play sports.

I chose to serve the Daemen alumni community to reconnect with other people, keep up more closely with the Wildcats, and inspire connection with others who love our Alma mater. I want to see more alumni involved at our social events and to give financially in support of our incredible institution. I love art, music, and language to my core and participated in experiences that reflect this in my time at Daemen - including student leadership and study abroad.

I am extraordinarily grateful for the influence the Daemen community has had and continues to have on my life. I look forward to serving in this role to give back to a place that holds a very special place in my heart. I have stayed connected to the university and many of my professors over the years and really appreciate their ongoing support and camaraderie as I have pursued my career. Serving on the board is a great opportunity to give back to the university for all they have given me. I love to aid in fostering connections among alumni, keeping graduates in touch with Daemen, and building a strong, post-graduation network of support and ongoing contact.

I decided to serve on Daemen’s Alumni Board because Daemen provided me with so many opportunities that allowed me to get where I am today and I want to give back to our community. I chose to serve on the advisory board because I am passionate about increasing awareness of Daemen University and the many opportunities it offers future educators. Daemen provided me with a strong foundation at the start of my career through the guidance of knowledgeable professors, extensive field experiences, and meaningful instruction in curriculum and pedagogy. One of my professional goals while on the board is to build strong connections with students in the Education Department and support them in developing the skills and confidence needed to become successful educators. I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to my alma mater and look forward to further strengthening my connection with the Daemen community.

Daemen was home for four years, and even a decade later, every time I step on campus it feels like I’m returning home. The connections I made with students, faculty, and staff continue to be meaningful to me.
