Why did you choose Daemen?
I chose Daemen because when I visited the campus, I fell in love with the community and how small and family like the campus was! Everyone made me feel welcomed and I enjoy the smaller class room setting!
In what ways are you involved on campus?
I’m a Tour Guide, Orientation Leader, and a Chemistry Coach!
What advice would you give to a prospective student?
Be yourself, and make sure you take every opportunity you can and peruse it to the best of your ability! You never know if you will like something until you try it for yourself. You might end up falling in love with a class or something you never thought you’d do just because you were too nervous to take that chance or oppurtunity that was right in front of you!
What excites you most about being a tour guide?
I enjoy making everyone’s first time on campus a memorable and enjoyably experience! I love being able to talk with incoming students about what they’re most excited about for college and just getting to know everyone!
What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?
My most memorable moment at Daemen is being a tour guide and orientation leader. Being involved with activities on campus and watching everyone have a good time together will always be my favorite memories on campus!
How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?
Daemen has held me to a high standard to maintain my grades and GPA. It has taught me to become more independent and how I have to work for how I want my life to be shaped when I graduate. I appreciate Daemen for encouraging me to do my best and always supporting me with any obstacle that has come my way.
Who inspires you the most?
My family and friends inspire me the most. They have been their every step of the way through my college career and my education and I really couldn’t have done it without them by my side! They have taught me how to be strong and to believe in myself no matter how hard things can get.
Why did you choose Daemen?
When I first stepped on campus, it immediately felt like home. Everybody was so welcoming and it was such a great fit for my academic and athletic goals!
In what ways are you involved on campus?
I am on the Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field team, and a Campus Tour Guide.
What advice would you give to a prospective student?
Coming to school is an opportunity to be whoever you want to be. There are so many endless opportunities and I recommend taking advantage of as many as possible. Make the most of your experience.
What excites you most about being a tour guide?
As a tour guide, I am able to provide the same positive and welcoming experience that I felt when I first came to campus.
What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?
My most memorable moment at Daemen was my First- Year Student Orientation. It was such a great opportunity because I was able to branch out and meet so many people that became great friends.
How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?
Daemen has had such a positive impact on my life. It has made me significantly more social and that has led me to so many incredible friendships.
Who inspires you the most?
There are many people who inspire me in some way. However, my parents and grandparents inspire me the most. The challenges that I know they’ve endured and their positive and optimistic outlook on life is so admirable.
Why did you choose Daemen?
I choose to attend Daemen University because of the tight-knit community, which has offered me the possibility to get the most of my education with smaller class sizes, and a personalized experience.
In what ways are you involved on campus?
I am starting a philosophy club with some of my peers and on a few other associations and clubs throughout campus. I enjoy how easy it is to get involved on campus with numerous groups readily available. Its even super easy to reach out to a professor with interest abotu starting a club.
What advice would you give to a prospective student?
I would say the best advice for a future first-year student would be to get involved on campus. There are loads of activities that accommodate both commuter and resident students' schedules, so I would recommend participating in activities like BINGO, and UNO game nights. It's a great way to meet new places, and also win some incredible prizes!
What excites you most about being a tour guide?
I believe the most exciting part of being a tour guide is getting to share my personal experiences about Daemen with a wider variety of individuals. For a community that has already given me so much, I am very thankful to have the ability to represent Daemen and speak on behalf of the entire Wildcat family as to the amazing relationships and experiences that are built here at Daemen University.
What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?
My most memorable moment here at Daemen would be the first BINGO night. At Daemen, BINGO night draws a very large crowd and tends to be one of the most monumental, high-energy moments of the weak. You get a sense of being, and community since everyone shows up to this event, and spirits are high.
How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?
Daemen has put me on the correct path toward accomplishing my life goals and has set me up for success. At Daemen, each experience is highly personable to their own life goals and aspirations, which allows for you to go off the beaten path. With a multitude of different resources available to you, Daemen offers the opportunity to customize your education, and I truly feel that the accommodating nature of the University has allowed me to tailor my plans to my own academic needs and interests.
Who inspires you the most?
I am most inspired by my mother because of her resilience, and hard-working personality. Her individuality and caring spirit are the reason I grew up so surrounded by love, and I truly believe that I wouldn't be who I am today without her. She truly is that "super-hero" mom that everyone wishes they had, I just got super lucky to have her.
Why did you choose Daemen?
I chose Daemen University due to its astounding commitment to the betterment of its students from an academic and personal standpoint. The lower class sizes permit for one-on-one interaction with staff which is a rarity in the study of the natural sciences atop of an impressive athletics program that secures the greatest possible resources for each team success. Additionally, the welcoming nature of the campus itself made even a 15 minute drive unbearable in the option of living in a inviting dormitory housing space.
In what ways are you involved on campus?
I am a proudly active member of Honors Society, Tri Beta, the Pre-medicine Club, the CAT team, tour guiding, chemistry academic coaching, and a cross country and track distance athlete.
What advice would you give to a prospective student?
I highly recommend being involved in anything you can! I know the phrase is certainly generic, but take pride in your interests and display your passions to highlight your excitement on campus. There are plenty of teams, clubs, undertakings, jobs, and residential options that can aid your holistic experience at university, so be do not be afraid to take up these offerings!
What excites you most about being a tour guide?
I am beyond honored to be a tour guide as I have been provided the position to meet such promising prospective students, and their families, and navigate them through a critical period of scholastic and personal growth in the scope of my knowledge on the everlasting opportunity surrounding an education at Daemen University.
What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?
My most memorable moment at Daemen was the Bassett Park cross country meet in which my incredible roommates, supportive friend, Jack, family, and teammates cheered me on for the finish of my first college 5K.
How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?
In being a member of the Wildcat community for a year, I have been privileged to receive a phenomenal education, being a part of a unique team atmosphere, and meeting remarkable peers and staff that seek to enhance the numerous collegiate endeavors of those around them.
Who inspires you the most?
I am inspired most by my parents in their sacrifices to ensure the best for my family and in their efforts to further inspire my siblings and I to reach our fullest potential.
Why did you choose Daemen?
I loved the PA program and everyone on campus truly seemed to be part of a community. Similarly, I knew I was going to commute and Daemen had a large population of commuters who seemed to thrive.
In what ways are you involved on campus?
I am a tour guide on campus, I am part of the Honor's Program, as well as starting as a 2023 Orientation Leader this Fall
What advice would you give to a prospective student?
Be bold! Ask questions and get to know your professors and peers.
What excites you most about being a tour guide?
I am excited to be a part of students journey in finding the school that's right for them.
What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?
My most memorable experience is spending hours in Chem lab with friends working on experiments.
How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?
Daemen has taught me to look at all of my opportunities and take them, no matter how overwhelming it may seem in the short-run, it always pays off in the long-run.
Who inspires you the most?
My parents inspire me the most after seeing the hard work they put into getting me to where I am today.
Why did you choose Daemen?
The strong academic programs and the close knit community around the campus.
In what ways are you involved on campus?
I am a tour guide on campus and I participate in intramural sports and am a member of PASS.
What advice would you give to a prospective student?
Live on campus, it allows you to create strong bonds with your peers and find effective study groups.
What excites you most about being a tour guide?
Showing perspective students all that I love about Daemen and hopefully helping them in their decision-making process for higher education.
What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?
Winning the volleyball tournament during springfest!
How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?
Through Daemen I have learned how to ask for help and how to work with resources provided, such as coaching, in order to be successful academically. I have found the importance of a good support system, which is easily found in Daemen's tight-knit community.
Who inspires you the most?
My parents and sister who have supported me in pursuit of becoming a Physician's Assistant.
Why did you choose Daemen?
Daemen felt like home from the first minute I set foot on campus. I also fell in love with my program and the obvious dedication that the Physical Therapy department hold for the program and its students.
In what ways are you involved on campus?
I'm a tour guide, a member of Cru, and a Sigma Omega Chi sister :)

How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?
I finally feel like I truly belong on campus and being involved in so many opportunities has helped me grow as a person. There's always something happening on campus, making it easy to learn about so much without even realizing it.
Who inspires you the most?
My grandfather, even though he passed away in 2018, he always encouraged me to follow my dreams and never give up on myself. The lessons he taught me as a child still stick with me today and I know that he's always with me, even though he's not physically next to me.
Why did you choose Daemen?
I chose to come to Daemen because of the warm and welcoming environment that you are surrounded by. Also, the smaller class sizes and student to teacher ratio is something I was looking for while choosing a school to attend and Daemen has just that.
In what ways are you involved on campus?
I am an Orientation Leader, a tour guide, in pre med club, and PASS (Physician Assistant Student Society).
What advice would you give to a prospective student?
Get involved around campus. There are always new events and organizations that anyone can join. This is a great way to make new connections with the people around you and allows you to have fun and a break from school work.
What excites you most about being a tour guide?
I am excited to show all the potential new students why our school is so great. Not only do I get to show people the beautiful campus but also the reason behind why our school is the right choice.
What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?
My most memorable moment on campus would have to be creating my friend group and making constant memories with them everyday. They truly help make every moment memorable at Daemen.
How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?
Daemen has taught me to open my eyes and to give everything a chance. I was definitely faced with many tough challenges and classes, but the help that is offered and the constant support around you enables you to overcome anything that might be in your way.
Who inspires you the most?
Out of everyone I have met in my life, my aunt inspires me the most. My aunt had stage 4 cancer but never failed to make the people around her smile. Even though she was the one going through the hard time, she made sure the people she loved were hopeful even when the odds were not the brightest. She never lost faith even in the very end of her life and loved everyone no matter what they came from. She taught me to do the same thing and for that reason she is the one I look up to the most.
Why did you choose Daemen?
I choose Daemen University because of the community across campus. If you ever need help with anything there are so many resources to go to and so many people willing to help you in any way they can.
In what ways are you involved on campus?
I work as a tour guide on campus as well as working in Student Affairs, I also play intramural sports on campus.
What advice would you give to a prospective student?
Advice that I would give to a prospective student is to be open to new opportunities. Daemen has so much to offer and so many chances to get involved with something new that you may end up loving.
What excites you most about being a tour guide?
The most exciting thing about being a tour guide is being able to talk to students and answer any questions that they may have about campus and my experiences here.
What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?
My most memorable moment at Daemen was painting mugs with my roommates for during Winterfest and taking them home to make hot chocolate.
How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?
Daemen has really shaped my life and shown me how to balance life and work.
Who inspires you the most?
The person that inspires me the most is my grandmother.
Why did you choose Daemen?
I choose Daemen because I liked the small school atmosphere. Every time I visited it felt like home and everyone here was very welcoming. I felt like my voice was heard and I felt valued as a person and an addition to the school instead of just a number.
In what ways are you involved on campus?
So far, I am involved in the honors program, looking for way to volunteer and do good for the community. I do look to get more involved and continue to make my mark here at Daemen.
What advice would you give to a prospective student?
To an incoming student, I would say to enjoy the college experience, study and work hard in your classes, and attend campus events. It is important to get out and do things on campus, it makes it the transition so much easier.
What excites you most about being a tour guide?
I am so excited to meet new people, learn about peoples background and hear all new stories about why people are interested in the majors they choose.
What is your most memorable moment at Daemen?
My most memorable moment is when I found out I was able to graduate in 5 years instead of 6.
How has Daemen changed or shaped your life?
Daemen has blessed me with the most amazing people and experiences that I will forever be grateful.

My mom inspires me the most. She is hardworking and dedicated to everything she does.
