January 29, 2024 President Olson announces the search committee and sets charge for the search process. 
Early February  The position posting and website goes live online. Recruitment process begins with personalized letters and additional recruitment efforts by the chair.
2nd week of February  First meeting of the search committee
Mid-February Search committee meets to select candidates for Zoom interviews
1st-3rd week of March  Hold Zoom Interviews
4th week of March – 1st week of April  Hold On-Campus Interviews
2nd-3rd week of April Final Meeting of search committee to analyze on campus Interviews. Chair conducts reference checks
4th week of April Chair meets with President Olson to provide final recommendations from the committee.
1st week of May President Olson selects the Vice President for Student Affairs with a tentative start date of June 1st.
