AMHERST, N.Y. – John Yurtchuk, chair of the Daemen College Board of Trustees, has been appointed to the board of directors for the National Trust for the Humanities, a charitable organization that supports the prestigious National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH).

AMHERST, N.Y. –- Brooke Densing has been named as the first full-time director of Daemen College’s Center for Allied and Unified Sport and Exercise (CAUSE) initiative, which provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, and experience the camaraderie and sportsmanship that comes with athletic participation.

AMHERST, N.Y. – Daemen College has announced the appointment of Melaine Kenyon, an accomplished IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in higher education, as vice president for information technology. Her appointment is effective Jan. 2, 2020.

AMHERST, N.Y. – Daemen College Trustee Wayne Wisbaum has been posthumously honored as Outstanding Philanthropist of the Year at the Association of Fundraising Professionals of Western New York’s National Philanthropy Day Celebration held on Nov. 13.
