AMHERST, N.Y. – As Election Day draws near, Daemen College has launched a college-wide effort, “Get Civically Fit at Daemen,” to promote voter registration, provide information on the voting process, and to help boost voting among students, faculty, and staff.
AMHERST, N.Y. –- While roller skating is having a resurgence during the pandemic, a team from Daemen College in collaboration with community partners have been highlighting a part of roller skating history in Buffalo -- Skateland, an iconic presence on Buffalo’s East Side for over half a century.
AMHERST, N.Y. – Daemen College has opened a new state-of-the-art Center for Interprofessional Learning and Simulation (CILS) designed to educate students using real-life clinical experiences and to serve as a regional resource for professional development in the community.
AMHERST, N.Y. -- The outstanding achievements of graduates in the Daemen College Class of 2020 were recognized at the annual Excellence Awards Ceremony held virtually on Aug. 14 as part of the college’s commencement activities.
AMHERST, N.Y. – In a private ceremony, Daemen College President Gary Olson formally presented an honorary doctor of humane letters to Supervisor Brian Kulpa, who served as commencement speaker for the college’s 2020 undergraduate and graduate ceremonies.
