Ashley is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Daemen College receiving a MPH with a specialization in Community Health Education, BS in Business Administration, Human Resource Management and a BS in Health Care Studies, Community Health Administration where she was recognized as a Student of Distinction. Ashley is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) with a passion for providing engaging, educational opportunities for persons to learn in ways that they connect with. As the Coordinator for Heath & Wellness Education, Ashley strives to educate students on making informed decisions regarding their health and connect students with essential resources to be successful in their personal, professional and academic endeavors.
Andrea is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the State University College at Buffalo with a BS in Health and Wellness. As the Administrative Assistant in the Health Services office at Daemen, Andrea strives to provide the student population with the information and encouragement they need to become their own best health advocates.

Career goal: Become a successful professional PT and be able to work in a pediatric setting.
Fun Fact: I have been learning Indian dance since I was 5 years old.
Why visit the CHIP Center: The CHIP center is a place filled with resources and services that help to educate students on their health and to answer any questions or concerns regarding it. In addition, the CHIP center is filled with individuals who are always willing to lend a helping hand. I believe everyone in the Daemen community should take advantage of what the CHIP center has to offer.

Post-Graduate Goals: After I complete my degree at Daemen, I plan on pursuing a masters degree in Athletic Training. Additionally, I hope to utilize my Health Promotion degree on the global stage. I look forward to traveling and educating myself about different cultures and strategies on how to better implement health and wellness initiatives. It’s not that I don’t enjoy Buffalo, but I do look forward to those global experiences :)
What makes the CHIP Center a great campus resource? As an individual who actively utilizes the resources within the CHIP Center, I believe that the array of services, coupled with an amazing staff are just some of the reasons that this department is fantastic. Whether the assistance you need is counseling-based, health services or insurance-related, everyone associated with the CHIP Center are professional and approachable. I believe that the environment is comfortable and welcoming. As a resource that you have access to as a student, I feel that it’s definitely something to take advantage of!
