- Create a feeling of university pride and tradition through annual events such as Alumni Weekend, Founder’s Week, Commencement, and major University activities.

- Promote health and wellness resources available through the university.
- Enhance intramural, recreational, and alumni programming that builds a healthy and active university community.
- Advance Daemen Athletics’ programming and profile to promote University community, inclusion, and school spirit.
